Knowing our ingredients is crucial to us. The majority of our recipes is plant-based and for this reason we implement many resources in checking, choosing and processing our vegetables.
Our secret? Growing a part of these raw materials allows us to acquire knowledge that we can share with our trusted partners.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Our suppliers are carefully selected: in order to collaborate with us, they must be able to guarantee the highest quality standards for products and continuous professional service.
All the incoming raw materials are checked and analyzed in our lab. Their chemical and physical characteristics as well as microbiological features must comply with the specifications approved by our Quality Assurance team.
After all the inspections, there is the hardest test of all: the blind panel test. During this phase we evaluate the organoleptic properties of ingredients by comparing different suppliers’ goods to make sure that we live up to our and your expectations.

FACTORY-HOMEMADE
Through the years we’ve seen our products reach the world’s tables but we have never forgotten the mission that has led us since the beginning: producing ready meals that taste as delicious and authentic as homemade ones.
For this reason, we have always been passionate supporters of clean labels. In our recipes we use very few ingredients and we stay away from preservatives and artificial colors and flavors.
In addition, we are constantly re-inventing our processes and machinery in order to supply the world with our factory-home-made products, so that everyone can taste the difference!
