Other ingredients: 2 fresh spring onions, 20 gr of raisins, 10 gr of pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
For the dressing in foil, cut the fresh onions into strips and place on baking paper. Add the pine nuts and raisins, season everything with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper, mix and close in foil with a kitchen string. Bake the foil in the oven at 180º for about 10 minutes.
Finally, sauté the mini dumplings as indicated on the package, and garnish with the freshly baked sauce.
For an even tastier recipe, rehydrate the raisins for 10 minutes in cold water and lightly toast the pine nuts in a pan over medium heat.
