HOW TO: In a pot: Boil a half liter of meat or vegetable broth, pour the dumplings into the pot and skim them after 1 minute using a perforated spoon. Let them rest for about 3 minutes before serving. In a pan: Melt 30 g of butter in a no-stick pan with a little sage. Add the Mini Canederli and cook for about 4 minutes, then top with grated cheese.
Once opened, the product can be refrigerated for 24 hours.
