Spätzle broccoli and kale with fresh cherry tomatoes and basil

Other ingredients: cherry tomatoes, basil, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper

Preparation

"Hi, I had little time for lunch today and in this heat I wanted something light. So, I heated up  the Broccoli and Kale Spätzle with just a little hot water. Once the water had evaporated, I added some cherry tomatoes and stirring gently I let it warm up for a couple of minutes. Finally, I added extra virgin olive oil, a sprinkling of pepper and fresh basil.Et voilá, a light, quick recipe, but above all very good!
