Our Potato Gnocchi are made following the traditional recipe: only steamed fresh potatoes peeled and mashed with eggs, some flour and salt. So velvety and “potato-ish”, you can top them with the simplest sauce.
PREPARATION TIME: 1 minute
HOW TO: Bring to the boil at least 4 litres of salted water. Pour the gnocchi into the pot and skim them after 1 minute using a perforated spoon. Season to taste.
Once opened, the product can be refrigerated for 24 hours.
In the refrigerator (+4°C) for 2 months.
