Our Potato Gnocchi are made respecting traditions, in fact, we use only fresh peeled steamed potatoes and mixed them with eggs, a little flour and salt. PREPARATION TIME: 1 minute
HOW TO: Bring to a boil at least 4 liters of salted water. Pour the gnocchi into the pot and skim them after 1 minute using a perforated spoon. Season to taste.
Once opened, the product can be refrigerated for 24 hours.
In the refrigerator (+4°C) for 2 months.
