Other ingredients: 1 knob of butter, coarse salt to taste, 100g smoked salmon, fresh dill, lemon zest, cream (optional), pink pepper
Preparation
Bring about 3 liters of salted water to a boil. At the same time, cut the smoked salmon into strips and melt a knob of butter in a pan. Pour the entire package of gnocchi into boiling water and after 1 minute drain them with a slotted spoon. Mix in the pan with the butter (or for the sweet tooth with the cream), adding the pieces of salmon. Finally garnish the dish with sprigs of fresh dill, lemon zest and a pinch of pink pepper.
