Preparation
One of our customers, Mrs. Costanza, suggested a recipe that we were immediately curious to try: a lasagna prepared using our Eggplant Parmigiana.
Compose the lasagna by alternating layers of tomato sauce, fresh lasagna sheets, salted ricotta and defrosted Bocon Eggplant Parmigiana.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Tips
For a more scenic effect: brush the lasagna sheets with egg and bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes! Then compose the pie with the crispy lasagna.
