Other ingredients: 2 Bocon chocolate salami, 150 gr of butter, 100 gr of powdered sugar, 30/40 chocolate chips, fresh red currants.
Preparation
Butter cream: leave the butter at room temperature for 30 minutes, beat it with the icing sugar until it forms a cream and add the melted chocolate a little at a time (either in the microwave or in a bain-marie).
Pour the cream into a piping bag with a striped spout and measure lengthwise, covering the obliquely cut Bocon chocolate salami (one whole and the other in half, adjusting the composition in the shape of a little log).
Put in the fridge and when ready to serve garnish with fresh fruit and a sprinkling of icing sugar.
