PREPARATION TIME: 4/5 minutes
HOW TO: In a pot: Bring 4 liters of salty water to the boil. Pour the Spätzle into the water. skim them as soon as they come to the surface. Season to taste. In a skillet: Cook the sauce, then pour the Spätzle directly in the sauce and let them season for about 4/5 minutes.
