Preparation
Arrange two Bocon Eggplant Parmigiana, still frozen, on a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes in a convection oven at 200°C. Sprinkle with Grana Padano cheese and bake again for 10 minutes in a convection oven at 200°C. Garnish with some basil leaves.
