HOW TO: Microwave: Defrost in the microwave for 2-3 minutes Pan: Stir-fry in a large no-stick pan for about 3-5 minutes on a medium flame stirring occasionally Thawing: defrost for 3-5 hours at room temperature or for 8-10 hours in the fridge
Once thawed, the product should not be refrozen and can be refrigerated for 3 days.
