HOW TO: pour the frozen product into a large preheated non-stick pan. Cook over on a medium/high flame for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Before removing from the heat, check that the product has reached the desired degree of cooking.
Once thawed, the product should not be refrozen and can be refrigerated for 24 hours.
