HOW TO: In a large non stick pan, melt a knob of butter and add the frozen gnocchi. Cover and cook over on a high flame for 6/7 minutes. Complete the cooking by browning the gnocchi evenly.
Once thawed, the product should not be refrozen and can be refrigerated for up 24 hours.
