HOW TO: Microwave: Defrost in the microwave for 2/3 minutes. Pan: Stir-fry in a large non-stick pan for about 3/5 minutes on a medium flame stirring occasionally. Thawing: defrost for 3/5 hours at room temperature or for 8/10 hours in the fridge.
Once thawed, the product should not be refrozen and can be refrigerated for up 24 hours (+4°C).
