PREPARATION TIME: 4/10 minutesHOW TO: In a pan: Pre-heat a non-stick pan where you will place the frozen disc. Keep covered while cooking on a medium flame for about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally until thawed. Then uncover and cook for another minute. In the oven: Preheat the oven at 200°C and bake the frozen product for about 10 minutes without removing the tray.
Once thawed, the product should not be refrozen and can be refrigerated for up 24 hours.
