PREPARATION TIME: 10/15 minutes
HOW TO: In a pan: Preheat a non-stick pan. Remove the frozen Frico from the pack and tray and put it in the pan. Cook covered on a low flame for about 8/10 minutes per side.
In the oven: Preheat the oven at 200°. Remove the frozen product from its bag but not from the tray and put it in the oven. Cook for about 12 minutes.In a microwave: Remove the Frico from the pack and tray and put it in a microwavable container. Cook at 850W for about 8 minutes (cooking time must be adjusted according to the microwave performance)
Once thawed, the product should not be refrozen and can be refrigerated for up 24 hours.
