PREPARATION TIME: variable depending on the method of preparationHOW TO: Microwave at 1200W: empty contents into microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir gently and heat for another 1 to 2 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Pan: Empty contents into large non-stick pan with a small amount of oil. Heat over a medium-high flame for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally , or until heated thoroughly. Thawing: defrost for 3/5 hours at room temperature or for 8/10 hours in the fridge.
Once thawed, the product should not be refrozen and can be refrigerated for up 24 hours (+4°C).
