For 2 persons is necessary 1 pack of:Other ingredients: Anchovies, flour (possibly re-milled semolina), onion, broccoli and kale (optional)
Preparation
PREPARATION OF ANCHOVIES: Bread the anchovies or sardines, fry the hot oil and dry with absorbent paper (to bread the fish we recommend the remilled semolina for an even crunchier result).ONION PREPARATION: coarsely chop the onion and sauté with extra virgin olive oil. Also add a few pieces of broccoli and kale and cook for a few minutes with the help of a tablespoon of water. Finally add the spätzle and sauté for three minutes, finishing the cooking.
COMPOSITION: Serve the spätzle mixed with the vegetables and finish the dish by placing the fried anchovies on top.
