PREPARATION OF THE MOUSSE: Add the grated Parmesan to the cream and whisk until the mixture is airy.MINI CANEDERLI: Sauté the mini dumplings with a knob of butter or a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil following the instructions on the package.
COMPOSITION: To create your composition with a pasta bowl, place a layer of mini dumplings and a layer of parmesan mousse prepared previously. Complete the dish with a few drops of oil and rosemary powder.
TIPS: To prepare the rosemary powder, just dehydrate the rosemary for a few minutes in the microwave and crumble it, with a simple gesture your dish will be complete.
