Defrost Bocon’s “Broccoli Gratin” in a microwave oven at 850W for 7/8 minutes. In the meantime, line with the puff pastry an oven pan with a diametre of 24 cm and heat up the fan oven to 200°C. Put the thawed gratin in a bowl, add diced speck, gorgonzola cheese, and egg. Mix well and fill the puff pastry. Turn the pastry’s edges inwards and bake for about 25 minutes.
