It is with great pleasure that we present to you the “veggier” version of the Quinoa Salad. All the ingredients that you already know, but in a mix that favors the vegetables content. Taste and lightness to love oneself without sacrificing the pleasure of the good table. Keeping unchanged the practicality much appreciated in these hectic times.
Preparation
You do not have to do anything: just defrost it and season to taste. You can pass the salad from the freezer to the fridge and leave it there for about 8-10 hours, practically in the evening for the following morning or in the morning if you want to eat it for dinner. At room temperature the thawing time will be about 3,5 hours. You can also use the microwave oven in defrost mode for 10 minutes stirring occasionally….(just remember to adjust the time to quantities and oven wattage). There are other two quick ways to prepare this salad: stir-fry it in a large no-stick pan for about 3-5 minutes on a medium flame stirring occasionally; or in the microwave at maximum power for about 2-3 minutes.
