HOW TO: In a pan: Pour the frozen product in a non-stick pan in an even layer and cook covered on a medium/low flame for about 6 minutes. Then uncover and continue cooking for another 2 min stirring gently. In a microwave: (for the single portion in microwaveable film) Make a small hole in the film to allow steam to vent, put it in the oven with the perforated part upwards and give it 4 minutes by 850W. When cooked, open the pouch carefully and put the product on a plate stirring gently before serving.
Once thawed, the product should not be refrozen and can be refrigerated for up 24 hours.
