It was during a holiday in the South of Italy that our dynamic R&D manager learned the secret that made the local dough for pizza and focaccia so soft: mix it with some mashed potatoes. No sooner said than done! The little pizzas (pizzette) were born, in the most timeless taste of all: tomato and mozzarella.

PreparationOven: pre heat the oven at 200°C (180°C for a fan oven), place the frozen pizzette on a grid at mid-height and heat them up for 8-9 minutes (10-11 in a fan oven), until the cheese is soft. Remember to reduce cooking times for defrosted pizzette. Microwave (for 5 pieces) place the frozen pizzette on a microwafe-safe plate at warm them up at 350W for 2.5 minutes Thawing: defrost at room temperature for about 3.5hours.
