Bocon RecommendIf you choose to try these dumplings with butter and sage, don’t forget to top them with grated cheese before adding the melted butter: the heat will melt it and you will get a creamier dressing. The classic Tyrolean recipe with cream and speck can be prepared in a few minutes: just heat the cream and some diced speck in a pan and stir fry them directly in the cream. You can also replace the speck with some diced ham.
