The Mini dumplings with speck are a typical dish of the South Tyrolean Region, with an unmistakable taste that helps them travel beyond their regional borders and be appreciated on a global scale. We have reinterpreted them in a "mini" version and we propose them as a classic first course to be consumed in broth or dry with butter and sage.

Preparation
PORTIONS: 2PREPARATION TIME: 4 minutes
HOW TO: In a pot: Boil half liter broth, pour the gnocchi into the pot and skim them after 1 minute using a perforated spoon. Let them rest for about 3 minutes before serving. In a pan: Melt 30 g butter in a no-stick pan and ad a little sage. Pour the Mini canederli and cook for about 4 minutes, then dress with grated cheese.
Once opened, the product can be refrigerated for 24 hours.
