PreparationIn a pan: preheat a no-stick pan. Remove the frozen Frico from the pack and tray and put it in the pan. Cook covered on low heat for about 8/10 minutes per side. In microwave: remove the Frico from the pack and tray and put it in a microwavable container. Cook at 850W for about 8 minutes. Cooking time must be adjusted according to the microwave performance.
