BOCON srl is a family business born in 1987 from the enthusiasm of Luca Ricci and his wife Donatella, entrepreneurs with a great food and wine culture.
Their guiding idea has always been to bring to the consumers’ table dishes that can be passed off as home-made: prepared with selected ingredients, based on traditional recipes often collected from friends and family, inspired by the great Italian culinary tradition, devoid of additives, artificial colours and flavours. “If we do not like them, they do not go out of here,” it is a company motto that over the years has given excellent results.
Compliance with this principle is best expressed in their growing directly some of the raw materials used in their dishes: potatoes, spinach and radicchio.
Thus was formed over the years a range that can be easily defined as unique in the industry in terms of breadth and variety.
The constant attention to new trends in eating well seen as good and healthy, has led Bocon to explore new ingredients and combinations, creating products that satisfy omnivorous consumers as well as vegetarians and vegans, in a festival of flavours that always reminds us that for Bocon “healthy rhymes with tasty”.
